I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of Florida in 1985, and worked in design and advertising for 15 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. I married my college sweetheart, and we have two almost-grown children. I was born in Philadelphia, but happily consider myself a Florida girl, as I have lived in the beautiful Sunshine State nearly all my life. No longer a slave to client deadlines, I am happy to be creating just the art I want to create at this stage in my life. I love finding beauty in the ordinary--in fact, I rarely ever stage or set-up a photo because I find it's just not necessary. Wonderful images are all around us every day! Valerie, I really like this one! From the moment I had my daughter, she was "hooked" on movement and was comforted when I danced around with her sometimes til' late into the night to keep her from crying! I think that nearly all children love to keep moving, to keep on "dancing"! This work is very well done in communicating your idea! Love it! Fave!
